A.P.E.L.A or the association for the protection of relocating nurses to the USA came to life twenty-one years ago. It was the brainchild of more than one nurse having relocated to the USA. It was then incorporated under document No. 03000003025 with the Florida State of Corporations in the United States on July 17, 2003

And, looking into the future, APELA will continue offering its support services while monitoring the demand for nurses and evolving trends of such professional nurses’ demand as forecasted to grow into higher levels in the USA.
